Barrister Ogunseye Olorunfemi Peter was born on the 25th of April, 1977 into the family of Chief and Chief Mrs. C. O. Ogunseye. An indigene of Ogun State and a Christian. He attended Zion Methodist Primary School, Otta between 1982 - 1987. He further went to Iganmode Grammar School, Otta, Ogun State between 1988 - 1993 where he passed his Senior School Certificate Examination (S.S.C.E). In furthering his education, he attended Ogun State University currently named Olabisi Onabanjo University (O.O.U) to study Law.

He graduated from the University in 2002 and went to the Nigerian  Law School in Abuja from where he became the Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. His hubbies are watching movies, writing and singing Christian songs. His love for Christian songs motivated him to study music in Abeokuta at the Penman Institute of Music, Isale Ake. 

He is married with children and is currently the legal secretary of the Dioceses of Awori in the Anglican Communion.
