Unto my Bible i hold steadfastly
Unto my bible I steadfastly hold, my father tells me so."This is what has saved me" he said "in this uncertain journey of life"
Though young I was, meaning of which i never know. Yet steadfastly he held unto it, reading it day and night like the branches to its vine.
Inquisitive I became,
Steadfastly I held unto it, devoid of its meaning Unrelenting in its reading.
In my steadfastness is revelation, revelation to understanding, understanding to the word.
In the word is wisdom, in wisdom is understanding to lead one aright in in this uncertain journey of life
So also shall I steadfastly hold unto my bible, like Branches to its vine for in his wisdom I put my trust In this uncertain journey of life.
