The wind of change
The wind of change across my land,
All sundry follow suit,
Hope In the mind of many men,
A better day will come to stay.
They suffered for 16 years of reign,
Counting years with pain and fear,
Waiting to cast their only vote
For change to come across the land.
So came a day to cast their vote,
All sundry came to vote,
The only way for change to come,
To clear my land of filth for years.
The wind of change has gained the throne,
All eyes waited for change to come,
May 29 a day for change,
All sundry wait and hope.
Trust in man you never know,
Man proposes; they always say,
Pray the change will never fail,
But trust in God than any man.
In God I trust for change to come,
And not in any man I know,
For only God can guide their steps
To make the change we want to come.
