HEAVENS WILL?
“What will be will be”
An adage of fate,
Tying us to our destiny,
A cage of our belief.
It’s the WILL OF HEAVEN?
Out of our negligence,
Our needful we neglect,
Thus, we cling to fate.
In this adage we seek succour,
As we remain stagnant,
Accepting our society's ills,
Hoping for a messiah.
Our “fate “ in our hands
Like a lantern, though,
Seeking the Messiah,
The Messiah?
God gave us a choice,
His only son, he gave,
HEAVENS WILL not a force;
But a cage of belief.
His choice to give us a son,
His choice to die for us,
Our choice to accept him,
Our choice to do good,
Not the HEAVENS WILL
