Put on the armour of Christ,
The fight of faith is on,
Be prepared, therefore, for the worst,
As you seek refuge in His shadows.
Put on the armour of Christ,
But with the armour can you contend,
His soldiers will fight for faith,
With faith they shall win.
Wear the armour of Christ,
Fight for him with trust,
Just as Meshach did,
And was rescued by the angels.
Put on the armour of Christ,
This is a battle of faith,
Some fought before us,
To keep the faith aglow.
Wear the armour of Christ,
An armour of privilege,
Only by HIS grace,
Can we fight the battle to the end.
