THE ADULTROUS WOMAN

A woman committed adultery,

He was brought to Christ,

They came to ask Him

About Her punishment.

Their mind was made up,

They were already carrying stones,

Though they appear to be asking Christ,

They never expected a different answer.

They think they know it all,

And Christ surprised them,

“Anyone that is sinless among you

Should cast the first stone”

Oh!!!!! They were all sinners;

They left dropping their stones.

“Go and sin no more”

Christ told the adulterous woman

As she left unscathed

What a merciful God we have,

Who believe not in the

Death of a sinner, but

In his repentance

All sins are the same,

No sins are considered higher

Than the other, punishment may

Vary in the book of Moses, only purity

In the kingdom of heaven.
