IN THE LAST MONTH OF EMBER
In the last month of ember,
A great month of joy,
A month to give glory to God,
A month of an expected end.
A lot has happened in the early months,
By HIS grace we overcome,
By faith we believe,
That all is well this year.
Many have died,
Yet we live,
An assured sign to say,
He still needs us on mother earth.
As we appreciate God in spirit,
Always remember to do his bidding,
To make the world a better place,
Living a life of purpose at heart.
