WOLF IN SHEEP’S SKIN
The devil roars,
Looking for whom to devour,
Aren’t the saints the sheep
Among wolves In this world?
Beware of the wolf in sheep skin,
Who mingles with the herds of sheep,
But simply to devour their souls,
From the love of Christ.
What you love, you become,
God loves man he became human,
Died for the sin of mankind,
To be free from the clutches of hell.
Likewise the devil who hates man,
But Couldn’t come like a one,
But like a wolf in sheep skin,
To deceive the saints from the path to glory.
Our love for God, our only strength,
Since we can only become what we love,
To cause the feeling to recognise their presence,
As darkness cannot overshadow the light.
