THE TERRORIST (PART 2)
With His dying breath,
Forgiveness of men he seeks,
“Father, forgive them, ” he said
“For they know not what they do”
Two wrongs don’t make a right,
Killing cannot stop killing,
Hatred cannot stop hatred.
But only love can.
Cleansing the land with blood,
Is simply an ancient act,
For the blood of the lamb,
Has cleansed the land and our sins.
For those who trust in him,
Shall forever remain cleansed,
For in him we are cleansed,
For in him we are safe.
Why fear who kill only the flesh,
But fear that which kill the spirit,
And the flesh, for in God lies the
Everlasting power.
