IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORM
When the worldly storm begins,
Showing samples of his acts,
Trying out how feeble our struggles are,
Let hold strongly onto Christ.
Right in the middle of the storm,
Jesus!!! We often shout,
Either with faith or with fear,
Consequences in the end are bound.
Once in a stormy ship,
So lies my gracious Christ,
Sleeping on a stormy boat,
Fishermen on deck, afraid to marrow.
Fear of death grips their hearts,
As evidence of death stays abound,
Time to hold onto their faith,
Jesus, they called in the deck below.
Quietly came my gracious Christ,
Looking unruffled in the storm below;
With authorityhe commanded the storm,
As all went quiet in the middle of the sea.
Stay calm when your storm arose,
Call Christ when fear grips your heart
For unruffled, he shall come
From the deck below,
To stop the stormy sea above.
